ELDRIDGE HONORED IN SEMINOLE WRESTLING

Eddie Eldridge of Jefferson Forest kept host Brookville from sweeping all honors in the Seminole District wrestling tournament Saturday.

Eldridge was selected wrestler of the year. The Bees took the team title with 244 1/2 points. Jefferson Forest was second at 173 1/2.

Brookville coach Paul Anthony was voted coach of the year.

The top four wrestlers advance to the Region 3 tournament Friday and Saturday at Lord Botetourt.
