Mrs. Barbara Reynolds Cobbs, age 48, of Brooklyn Drive, N.W., passed away in a local hospital on Friday. Survivors include her husband, John W. Cobbs; one son, Elbert T. Reynolds, Roanoke; four daughters, Nancy Eichelberger, Roanoke; Yolanda Reynolds, Hampton; Barbara Love, Germany; Renita Stone, Honolulu, Hawaii; nine grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Atkins, Roanoke; two brothers, the Rev.
