SOME JOINED UP FOR EASY MONEY

I WISH to state my opinion of these people who join the National Guard and reserves in peacetime to draw easy money for attending weekly meetings, plus two weeks' camp in summer, then do not wish to serve when the country calls them. I feel these people should be court-martialed and made to return all money that has been paid to them. WOODROW H. COX ROANOKE
