MAN, 53, IS INJURED IN ATTACK WITH BRICK

A 53-year-old man was hit with a brick in Southwest Roanoke Sunday morning after telling several people he had no money.

Paul Junior Wilson said two men and two women approached him about 12:30 a.m.; one woman hit him with the brick and all four kicked him. He was treated at a Roanoke hospital for a possible broken nose and a knot on his head, police said.
