FLOYD RUNS OVER ROCKY GAP 87-54

Floyd County scored the first 15 points of the game - nine by Dale Marshall and six by Travis Crawford - as the Buffaloes trampled Rocky Gap 87-54 in Mountain Empire District boys' basketball Wednesday night.

Marshall followed a 23-point performance Tuesday night with 31 against the Eagles. Crawford added 14 and Fred Via 10 for Floyd (13-4 overall, 11-4 Metro).

Jason Lambert scored 19 to lead Rocky Gap (1-15, 1-15).
