PROFESSOR TO SPEAK ON DOMESTIC POLICY

Karen M. Hult, an associate professor in the Department of Political Science at Virginia Tech, will be the speaker on Friday at 3 p.m. at the Center for Public Administration and Policy's February roundtable at the Thomas-Conner House at 104 Draper Road in downtown Blacksburg.

Hult's topic will be "The Conundrum of Domestic Policy: The Evolution of White House Decision-Making."

Hult is the author of "Agency Merger and Bureaucratic Redesign." She is the co-author of "Governing Public Organizations."
