HARRISONBURG - Edna Mae Schoener Nolen, age 82, died Tuesday, February 19, 1991 in the Sunnyside Retirement Home, Harrisonburg, Va. after an extended illness. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. May 13, 1908 and was the daughter of the late Walter and Lucy Schoener. She was a member of the Pearisburg Presbyterian Church and a life member of the Presbyterian Woman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lewis (Chuck) Nolen and a daughter, Nancy Lee Nolen. She is survived by two sisters, Lucille S. Wolfram of Largo, Fla.; Doris S. Buchanan of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two brothers, Charles G. Schoener, Ft. Myers, Fla.; and Walter A. Schoener of Caldwell, Idaho; and her nephew, Dr. R. Wayne Wolfram, Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother-in-law, Roy W. Wolfram of Largo, Fla. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Pearisburg Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Alan Harvey officiating with burial in Sherwood Burial Park, Salem. Friends may call at the Givens Funeral Home, Pearisburg, Friday evening 6:00 to 9:00.
