Mrs. Isabell Patterson Barrett, age 81, of Clifton Ave., N.W., died Wednesday at Friendship Manor. Survivors include one son, Charles W. Barrett; two granddaughters, Mae and Debra Coleman, all of Roanoke; six sisters, Mrs. Laura Flood, Mrs. Elizabeth Manns, Mrs. Ophelia Davis, all of Roanoke; Mrs. Evelyn Montaque, Christiansburg; Mrs. Berta Shark, Mrs. Hattie Middleton, both of McKeesport, Pa.; two devoted friends, Barry Campbell, A.
