Helen Collins Tarragano, age 73, of Hollins, died Wednesday in a Roanoke Hospital. She was the widow of Israel J. (Jim) Tarragano. Suriving are one son, I.E. (Butch) Tarragano, Hollins; one granddaughter, Christina Nicole Tarragano; two sisters, Annie C. Minnix, Salem; Opal C. Shears, Washington, D.C. Funeral services will conducted at the graveside in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 12:00 noon Saturday with the Rev. Frank Feather officiating. Friends may call at Oakey's North Chapel.
