SUMMERLIN HELPS UNC BREAK RELAY RECORDS

University of North Carolina freshman swimmer Daniel Summerlin, from North Cross High School, was a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set the conference, pool and meet records Friday at the ACC swimming championships.

The relay team also swam to an NCAA qualifying time. The Tarheels were in first place after Friday's action, and the meet will continue through Sunday. -Staff report
