Colonel Jackson Mills, age 79, died Friday, February 22, 1991. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Fralin Mills, Blacksburg; one daughter, Mrs. Linda Hughes, Blacksburg; three sisters, Mrs. Izabelle Webster; and Ruth Clark, both of Roanoke; Mrs. Nadine Conway, Junction City, Kan.; two brothers, Wesley Mills, Richmond; Duard Mills, Calif.; two granddaughters, Mrs. Teresa Hall; and Miss Robin Hughes; one son-in-law, John Hall; one great-grandson, Timothy Hall, all of Blacksburg. Funeral at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 1991, at the Grant E. Bryant Funeral Home with the Rev. Wallace Yopp officiating. Interment in North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements by Grant E. Bryant Funeral Home, Elliston.
