Coastal Carolina, which was 13-1 in league play, is the No. 1 seed for the fourth straight year in the eight-team tournament. Coastal Carolina will open the tournament on Thursday against eighth-seeded Campbell at 1 p.m.
Radford, the No. 2 seed, will face No. 7 Charleston Southern in Thursday's 7 p.m. first-round game. The other two first-round games pit No. 4 Davidson against No. 5 Winthrop at 3 p.m., and No. 3 Augusta against No. 6 UNC Asheville at 9 p.m.
The four first-round winners advance to Friday's semifinals, which will be played at 6 and 8 p.m.
Saturday's title game starts at noon and will be telecast by ESPN.
The Big South champion will meet the Southwestern Athletic Conference champion on Wednesday, March 6, in a special "play-in" game to the NCAA Tournament. That contest also will be telecast by ESPN. - Staff report
