Lottie Belle Hart, age 78, of 240A Second Street, S.E., Pulaski, died Saturday morning in Highland Manor Nursing Home, Dublin. Born February 12, 1913, in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late James Ribon Hart and Divinnie Jane Franklin Hart. She is survived by one nephew, Robert Lee Hart, Detroit, Mich. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. from Thomas M. Seagle and Sons Funeral Home with Richard Waller officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visiting will be Sunday evening from 7:00 until 8:00 at the funeral home.
