VET SCHOOL TO UPDATE CATTLE INFORMATION

An educational meeting on "Cattle Health and Profit" for cattle producers will be held Thursday at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in classroom 100 in the Phase III building.

The meeting is sponsored by the College of Veterinary Medicine and the veterinary extension group to update producers on new information concerning cattle health programs. Dr. Terry Swecker will speak on "Mineral Supplementation and Animal Health;" Dr. Gareth Moore, "Antibiotic Use for Benefit, Safety and Legality;" and Dr. Dee Whittier, "Preventative Health Care Programs and Practices."

All area cattle producers are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call 382-5790.
