Shanon Wayne Shields, 19, died March 27, 1991, in a Staunton hospital. He was born in Lexington July 17, 1971, the son of Lillian Collins Shields of Crimora and N. Wayne Shields of Natural Bridge Station. Other survivors are two sisters, Deborah S. Moore, Natural Bridge; Lisa S. Claytor, Petersburg; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Collins, Buena Vista. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Lomax Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Wyatt Mayes. burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
