ORDINATION APRIL 10 FOR RADFORD DEACON

The ordination to the Episcopal priesthood of Susan Emmons Bentley is scheduled April 10 at 7:30 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church in Roanoke.

Bentley will be ordained there, where she formerly was Christian education director. For the past nine months she has been a part-time assistant deacon at Grace Episcopal Church in Radford.

Preaching for the ordination service will be the Rev. Dr. John H. Westerhoff, a specialist in liturgical education who teaches at Duke Divinity School in Durham, N.C.
