2 SPECIAL OLYMPIANS TO REPRESENT VIRGINIA

Lena Cook, 17, of Salem and Roy Martin, 24, of Wirtz have qualified to represent Virginia Special Olympics at the International Summer Special Olympics games to be held in Minneapolis in July.

Cook and Martin, who will compete in gymnastics events, were selected on the basis of their performances in the Virginia Special Olympics Spring Tournaments held recently in Fairfax.
