HALL-FRANKS

Carol Anne Franks and Allen Stanley Hall, III, were married April 6, 1991, in St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Rev. Dr. Robert T. Copenhaver officiated. The reception was held at the church's Fellowship Terrace. The matron of honor was Wendy Seamon, a friend. The bridesmaids were Linda Hogan, sister of the bride, and Tiffany Savage, Molly Hartsell and Kristen Dineen. The flowergirl was Elaine Hall. The best man was Allen Hall, Jr., father of the groom. The ushers were David Hall, brother of the groom, and Christopher Causway, Gene Marcure and Ivan Fleming. The ringbearer was Eric Hogan. The Crucifer was Steven Franks, brother of the bride. The readers were Harry Franks, Jr., brother of the bride, and Mousumi Bhattacharya. The guestbook was attended by Joanne Novotnak and Phyllis Crooke. The bride wore her mother's wedding gown made of silk organza and chantilly lace. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, Queen Anne's lace and carnations. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry A. Franks of Salem. She is a first grade teacher at Wells Elementary School in Chesterfield County. The groom is the son of Mrs. Ramona Roach of Sanston and Allen S. Hall of Richmond. He is employed by Day & Night Construction Co. The newlyweds will live in Richmond after a wedding trip to Mountain Lake.
