WYTHE MAN CHARGED IN PORNOGRAPHY CASE

A 58-year-old Wythe County man has been charged with producing sexually explicit photographs of a minor girl, after leaving the negatives at a Wytheville photo shop to be developed.

John R. Windle of Draper was arrested when the matter came to the attention of authorities.

Doug Tuck, investigator with the Wythe County Sheriff's Office, and Marty Alford, Wytheville Police Department investigator, handled the case.
