NAMES IN '91

Tai Collins, the Roanoke beauty queen who claimed she bedded Charles Robb while he was governor, is now studying acting in Hollywood, where she also works as a model.

She returned to Roanoke over Christmas to visit her mother and brother.

Collins was featured in the December Playboy as one of the "Sex Stars of 1991."

Collins was on the cover of the October issue as well and appeared inside over several pages of nude photographs. Playboy spokeswoman Elizabeth Norris says the October issue was one of the magazine's top four sellers of the year. It easily outdid the September issue, which featured an interview with Virginia Gov. Douglas Wilder.

"Tai did well for us," Norris said.
