CHRISTIANSBURG - Businessman James Mensh of Mensh Insurance, who was involved in a 1989 false-arrest case, discusses coordination among federal, state and local law-enforcement agencies at tonight's Town Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building.Mensh filed an $8.3 million lawsuit against the FBI and the state police for mistaking his identity for that of his son, James William Mensh Jr., in a drug-related arrest. Officers involved eventually were found to be immune from liability.
