FLANAGAN, ORA B.

AUSTINVILLE - Mrs. Ora Beasley Flanagan, age 75, of Rt. 1, Austinville, passed away in Roanoke Memorial Hospital Wednesday. She was born in Carroll County, May 27, 1916, to James Madison Beasley and Artie Elizabeth Parnell Beasley. She is survived by her husband, J. Garfield Flanagan; one son and daughter-in-law, Harvey and Martha Bond Flanagan, Danville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Ann and Roger Harmon, Austinville; Carol Sue and Roger Bond, Pulaski; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Burnett, Fries; Mrs. Dorothy Sharp, Woodlawn; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Elder Jess Higgins, Elder Joseph McGrady and Elder Ronald Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in the Beasley Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville.
