KARLET, MABEL D.

Mabel D. Karlet, age 84 of 2530 Rosalind Ave., S. W., died Thursday, January 9, 1992, in a local hospital. She was the widow of Joseph Karlet and is survived by five daughters, Joyce Dunn, Sharon Campbell, both of Roanoke; Wanda Grazziani, California; Carol Dixon, Daleville; Nancy Carroll, Lexington; ten grandchildren, Joanna Dunn, New York; April Dunn, Virginia Beach; Echol Marshall, California; Katie Simon, Connecticut; David Ayers, London, England; Leslie Gunner, Lexington; Dennis Ayers, Charlottesville; Terri Langford, Melissa Doll, both of Roanoke; and Karla Sprouse, Virginia Beach; also five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park Saturday, January 11, 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Hartwig officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Oakey's South Chapel.
