SMELTZER-FULTON

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kirby Smeltzer of Roanoke announce the engagement of their daughter, Ann Randell, to Mark Anthony Fulton of Hagerstown, Maryland. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adna Brewer Fulton of Hagerstown. Miss Smeltzer is a graduate of North Cross School in Roanoke, and the University of Virginia. She received a master's degree in elementary education and is employed by the Chesterfield County, Va., school system. Mr. Fulton is a graduate of Saint James School, St. James, Maryland, and James Madison University. He is employed by A.C.T. Company, Inc., in Hagerstown. A June wedding is planned in Roanoke.
