Sonya R. St.Clair and Colm O. McCaul are engaged and planning to be married in August 1992. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Freddie A. Ring, Sr., of Roanoke, a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, and attends Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by St. John's Episcopal Church. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald McCaul of Roanoke, a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School, and is employed by West Salem Body Shop.
