Liquor sales-Allow pilot projects for sales of liquor in private stores.

Guns at school-Make possession of a gun within 1,000 feet of a school a felony.

Carrying weapons-Make carrying unauthorized loaded firearms in public a misdemeanor statewide and require forfeiture of the weapon.

Child abuses-Allow only confirmed cases of child abuse to be included in a stateregistry of abuse complaints.

Premarital test- Require AIDS tests of marriage license applicants.

Stalking-Make "stalking" - the repeated harassment or threatening of a person - a misdemeanor.

Money for colleges-Authorize a $149 million bond issue for college construction projects.

Detectors and demerits-Prohibit the Department of Motor Vehicles from assessing demerit points against drivers convicted of possessing a radar detector.

Guns at school II-Make it a felony instead of a misdemeanor to carry a loaded gun on school property.

Children and boats-Repeal a prohibition against youth younger than 14 from operating personal watercraft but require operators younger than 12 to pass a boating safety course. Driver's licenses-Require forfeiture of driver's

licenses in drug convictions.

Lucky revenue-Earmark 50 percent of lottery revenues to localities for schools.

Driver's licenses II-Provide for administrative suspension of driver's licenses in drunken driving cases.
