Mrs. Nelda Payne of New River and Mr. Joe Harris of Radford announce the engagement of their daughter, Katrina Kay Harris of New River, to Russell M. Wyatt, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell M. Wyatt, Sr., of Radford. Miss Harris is currently attending New River Community College. Mr. Wyatt is employed by Collegiate Designs of Dublin. A February 22, 1992 wedding is planned.
