Shannon L. Johnson and Jack M. Lynch are engaged and planning to be married in Roanoke on September 12, 1992. She is the daughter of Mrs. Judy A. Cole and Mr. Richard S. Johnson of Roanoke. Miss Johnson is a graduate of Northside High School and Radford University. She is employed by Britches Great Outdoors, Oak Brook, Ill. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur J. Lynch of Naperville, Ill. Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Wootton High School, Rockville, Md., and Radford University. He is employed by Ebtek, Inc., Oak Brook, Ill.
