SAUL-HIGGINS

Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Saul of Roanoke announce the engagement of their daughter, Karen Ann, to Paul James Higgins. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. John E. Higgins, also of Roanoke. Miss Saul is a graduate of Cave Spring High School and Virginia Tech. She is employed by Atlantic Mutual Company. Mr. Higgins is a graduate of North Cross School and Centre College. He is employed by Dominion Investment Banking, Inc. A September wedding is planned.
