SOWDER-STECKEL

Elizabeth A. (Sissy) Sowder and Bradley W. Steckel would like to announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Mr. James Lynwood Sowder, Sr., of Troutville, and the late Thelma Bryant Sowder. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Steckel of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Both are employed by Allstate Insurance Company. An April wedding is planned.
