Wanda Davis Porterfield, 40, died Wednesday at her home in Lexington. She was born January 1, 1952 in Lexington, a daughter of Margaret M. Davis and the late George H. Davis. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Heritage Hall Nursing Home. She is survived by her mother, Margaret Davis, Lexington; one daughter, Danielle Nicole Porterfield, Lexington; one son, Mark Allen Porterfield, Lexington; three brothers, Steven T. Davis, Roanoke; Howard M. Davis, serving in Korea; Jon C. Davis, Lexington; one half sister, Ann Pleasants, Lexington. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 1992 at Randolph Street United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Lexington. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Lomax Funeral Home.
