NOBODY WINS LOTTO, POT UP TO $2.5 MILLION

The Virginia Lotto jackpot will increase to an estimated $2.5 million Saturday after nobody won the game's midweek $1 million drawing, lottery officials said.

The winning numbers in Wednesday's drawing were 8, 11, 12, 17, 31, and 36.

Lottery officials said 38 players matched five numbers to win $1,308; 2,100 players had four for $38; and 35,825 players matched three for a free play. - Associated Press
