WITHDRAW SUIT OVER `TOO-TALL BUILDING'
AFTER READING in the newspaper that Mr. Horace Fralin received the annual Community Service Award of the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Roanoke Valley, I have a question I would like him to answer for the citizens of Roanoke County.Since he believes in community service, why don't he and his partner, Mr. Elbert Waldron, instruct their lawyers to withdraw the suit against Roanoke County concerning the "too-tall building" on Route 419, and build it according to the rules established and in effect when construction was begun?
This action would be a real service to county citizens, as they would not have to bear the tax burden of fighting this suit. RUTH S. ROE VINTON
