Tracey Ann Hartline and Robert Wayne Chumbley are engaged and planning to be married July 25, 1992. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James T. Hartline of Altoona, Pa. She was graduated from Cheektowaga Central High School, Buffalo, N.Y. in 1983, and is employed by Dr. Sandra Andrew of Roanoke. He is a son of Mr. James Robert Chumbley of Goodview and Ms. Carolyn Wolfe. He was graduated from Staunton River High School, Bedford, in 1986, and is employed by Deluxe Floors of Vinton.
