`ANOTHER WORLD' TRAVELS BACK TO ANOTHER TIME
"Another World," the NBC soap opera, will time-travel back to the 1940s to present a special, black-and-white episode that parodies the "film noir" detective movies of that era.The one-hour Feb. 12 episode, "The Case of the Stolen Heart," will feature the dream of character Cass Winthrop, played by Stephen Schnetzer, that lets him find his way back to the heart of his true love Frankie Frame, played by Alice Barrett.
"I think viewers who have been drawn to the colorful and often rocky relationship of Cass and Frankie will find this episode an added dimension to their love story," said Michael Laibson, executive producer.
The episode, to be taped Monday, was written by the series' head writer, Donna Swajeski.
