HUNT, HENRY T.Mr. Henry Thomas Hunt, age 97 of Route 1, died Friday, January 30, 1992, in the Franklin Memorial Hospital in Rocky Mount. Mr. Hunt was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Donley Hunt. He was born November 25, 1894, and was a retired farmer having been a life long resident of Franklin County. Also, he was a member of the Penhook United Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, William Henry and Linda Hunt of Williamsburg; Benjamin Curtis and Jewell Hunt of Rocky Mount; a granddaughter and her husband, Sheila Hunt and Vincent Copenhaver; a grandson, Thomas Allen Hunt, a great-granddaughter, Victoria Hunt Copenhaver. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Penhook United Methodist Church by the Rev. Larry Mann and the Rev. Edward McClain. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2:00 p.m. Friday where the family will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and other times Friday at the Benjamin Hunt residence, 152 Hillcrest Drive and Saturday at Mr. Hunt's residence at Penhook. Friends desiring to do so may make memorials to the Penhook United Methodist Church.
