`GYPSY' PERFORMANCE IN COEBURN FEB. 13
"Gypsy," the musical play based on the career of burlesque queen Gypsy Rose Lee, will be performed at Coeburn Middle School Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m.General admission is $10 ($8 for senior citizens and $5 for students). The play centers on Gypsy Rose Lee's mother, variously played on Broadway by Ethel Merman, Angela Lansbury and Tyne Daly and in a movie version by Rosalind Russell.
The play is being presented by the Pro-Art Association as part of the W. Campbell Edmonds Memorial Concert Series and co-sponsored by Virginia Iron, Coal and Coke Co.; Payless Supermarkets; and the Coeburn Civic League.
