ROCKBRIDGE CHORUS IN CONCERT

Sacred music by the 17th-century German composer Heinrich Schutz will be presented Saturday at 8 p.m. by the Rockbridge Chamber Chorus, with William McCorkle conducting.

The concert will be at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 221 W. Nelson St., Lexington.

Schutz's Musicalische Exequiem is the principal work on the program. Soloists will be sopranos Suanne Kopald, Ruth Floyd and Kara Neurock; tenor Michael Kotrady; and baritones Powell Leitch and Lawrence Evans.
