2ND HABITAT HOME BEING CONSIDERED
A second home to be built by Wythe County's Habitat for Humanity volunteers is being considered for the Ivanhoe community.The organization's selection committee will be visiting Ivanhoe to check out potential sites.
"I don't know that it'll work out, but I just pray and hope that it will and that we will have a new house in Ivanhoe from Habitat," said Ivanhoe Civic League President Maxine Waller.
The organization completed its first house in Wytheville and turned it over to a family Jan. 26. - Southwest bureau
