OBIT MUNZING, W.

MUNZING, WILLIAM R., SR.

William Robert Munzing, Sr., age 86, died Wednesday at Skyline Manor Nursing Home, Floyd, Va. Surviving are his wife, Edith Larsen Munzing, Copper Hill; one son and daughter-in-law, William R., Jr. and Barbara Munzing, Copper Hill; one daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Bernard Gordon, Connecticut; seven grandchildren, William Munzing, Bonnie Edsall, Robert Munzing, Beth Clinger, Donna Subramiaian, Christopher Gordon, Geoffery Gordon; seven great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home, Floyd, the Rev. Richard Giessler officiating with interment in the Munzing Family Cemetery. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ladies Aid of Zion Lutheran Church, Floyd. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Thursday at Wood Funeral, Floyd.
