WEST, EULA M.

Eula Marie West, age 82, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 1992. She was born in Roanoke, Va., a daughter of the late Ceboy and Lula Minnix Atkinson. She was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Belmont Christian Church and a member of the Loyal Sons and Daughters Class. Surviving are her husband, Joseph R. West; two sons and daughters-in-law, Gene L. and Bettylou West, Blue Ridge; Jack B. and Norma West, Tampa, Fla.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Opal Atkinson, Doris and John Eakin; two brothers, Herbert M. Atkinson and Charles B. Atkinson, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel at 12:00 noon Saturday with the Rev. John Wallace officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday.
