REAL-ESTATE POLITICS IS TOPIC OF LECTURE
Marc Weiss, director of the Real Estate Development Research Center and associate director of the doctoral program in urban planning at Columbia University, will discuss the "Politics of Real Estate Cycles" on Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. in Conference Room B of Tech's Donaldson Brown Center. The presentation, part of the Urban Affairs and Planning Department's Spring Lecture Series, is public.
Weiss has written several books and numerous articles on real estate development issues and is currently writing and co-producing Prime Property: Urban Development in America, a public television series on the history of real estate. It is scheduled for broadcast in 1993.
