REID, BERNARD H.

Mr. Bernard Henry Reid, age 83, of Roanoke, died Sunday, February 9, 1992. He is survived by his wife, Blanche M. Reid; one sister, Erma Reid, San Diego, Calif.; two brothers, E. D. Reid, Roanoke; John W. Reid, Blue Ridge; one half sister, Betty Haynes, Ridgeway; one half brother, H. G. Reid, Jr., Troutville. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 12, 11:00 a.m. at the Rader Troutville Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Burris officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Dale Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Roanoke-Salem Chapter, P.O. Box 5014, Roanoke, VA 24012.
