SMYTH GETS ADMINISTRATOR FROM HENRY
Smyth County will get a new administrator March 16.He is C. Lee Lintecum, 45, who has been Henry County's administrator for the past 11 years. He will move here from Martinsville.
Lintecum succeeds the county's first administrator, Marvin Perry, who retired last year after 20 years on the job. Mary Ann Evans has been serving as acting administrator.
Lintecum is a native of Carroll County and graduate of Virginia Tech. He also earned a master's in business administration from Tech.
