MOONSHINE LOSSES

USE ALL ABC package stores to house the homeless or any useful or paying renter. Sell booze in all supermarkets that already sell wine that is 18 percent alcohol.

Look at the money that goes to pay clerks in ABC stores, and look at the moonshine losses due to ABC.
