AX SACRED COWS TWO BUREAUCRACY LEVELS ENOUGH; ELIMINATE STATE'S

MULTILAYERED national, state and local bureaucracy is too much. Let's eliminate our state bureaucracy to lighten the heavy tax load the people must bear. Two levels of bureaucracy is enough.

Also, after watching some recent programs on public television, I'm convinced it too is "a vast wasteland" promoting liberalism that my taxO dollars shouldn't be paying for. Let's put the budget ax to the public sacred cows before we spend ourselves bankrupt. DAVID A. SUTHERLAND PEN HOOK
