DICKERSON, SELICIA B.

Mrs. Selicia B. Dickerson, age 79, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, February 12, 1992 in a Roanoke hospital. She was born in West Virginia August 8, 1912, daughter of the late Savanah Dickerson and Lula Palmer. Surviving are a nephew, Jimmy Jones, Washington, D.C.; cousins, Alexander and Nathaniel Bower, Roanoke; in-laws, Thomas Jones and Charlie R. Meadows, both of Roanoke; a devoted friend, Dr. Nathaniel W. Anderson, Bedford Co., Va., in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 1992 with the Rev. Dr. Kenneth B. Wright, pastor of First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in C.C. Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday.
