FISHER, JOHN C.

TAZEWELL - Mr. John Cecil Fisher, 48 of the Cove area of Tazewell, Virginia, died Thursday, February 13, at his home. Born in Bluefield, West Virginia, he was a son of Claude Davidson and Billie Maxwell Fisher of Maxwell, Virginia. He attended East Tennessee State University and was owner and operator of Fisher Photographic Services. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Emily Barringer Fisher; one son, John Barringer Fisher of the home; one daughter, Anne Maxwell Fisher of the home; two brothers, Claude Maxwell "Buddy" Fisher of Knoxville, Tennessee; and Richard Allen Fisher of Atlanta, Georgia. Private graveside services will be conducted Saturday, February 15, at the Barringer Family Cemetery with the Rev. Albert N. Minor officiating. Friends may call at the Peery & St.Clair Funeral Home in Tazewell from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, February 14.
