SUBLETT, GRACIE F.

PETERSBURG - Mrs. Gracie Franklin Sublett, widow of Harry H. Sublett, died Monday, February 10, 1992 at the age of 95 in Battlefield Park Convalescent center. She was the daughter of the late William A. and Oswe Wright Franklin of Bedford County. She was a member of the Bedford Baptist Church before coming to Petersburg in October 1959 and at the time of her death was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Colonial Heights. She is survived by three sons, Harry H. Sublett Jr., Roanoke; William I. Sublett, Fayetteville, W.Va.; Jimmy F. Sublett, Chesterfield; two daughters, Mrs. Warren C. Ussery, Richmond; Mrs. Eugene M. Hoover, Petersburg; five grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Graveside funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery in Bedford Va. with the Rev. Robert Baker officiating. Please omit flowers and make contributions to your favorite charity. Services by E. Alvin Small Funeral Home in Colonial Heights.
