FISHER-TERRY

Mrs. Carolyn C. Black of Altamonte Springs, Fla., and Mr. Charles H. Fisher II of Highland Springs, Va., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Carroll Fisher of Salem, to Christopher Todd Terry, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rodger L. Terry of Amherst, Va. She is employed by Dominion Bankshares Corporation, and he is employed by Babcock & Wilcox, Nuclear Environmental Services. Both are 1990 graduates of Roanoke College. A December 1992 wedding is planned.
